The Weld End BSF Butterfly Valve is a hygienic flow control solution designed for stainless steel process systems in the food and beverage industries. Built for durability and ease of use, it combines a compact design with reliable sealing and manual or automated operation options.


• 4" OD plain weld ends for hygienic integration

• 316L stainless steel body with machined finish, and highly polished machined disc.

• Supplied with black EPDM seal (Viton and Silicone options available)

• 12-position reinforced nylon handle with stainless steel gripper bar

• Rated to 150 psi for medium-pressure systems

• Built to 3A hygienic standards

• 12mm x 12mm drive head for actuator compatibility

• Suitable for manual or automated operation


Maintenance Notice: Internal seals should be replaced annually or after approximately 1,000 operating cycles, whichever occurs first. Replacement seals available here.
