RJT Complete Union - EPDM Joint Ring

This complete RJT union provides a secure, hygienic connection for stainless steel tube systems, commonly used in food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical processing. Supplied fully assembled with an EPDM joint ring, it offers excellent resistance to cleaning chemicals and steam sterilization.


Components Included

  • RJT Male Part – Machined from 316 stainless steel
  • Pressed Liner – Formed from 316 stainless steel for hygienic flow
  • Hex Nut – Typically 304 stainless steel.
  • EPDM “O” Ring – Ideal for CIP and SIP applications

Specifications

  • Size range: Available from 1″ to 4″ OD
  • Material: 316 stainless steel (male and liner), 304 stainless steel (nut)
  • Finish: Dull polished
  • Seal: EPDM rubber, 70–75 Shore A hardness

Applications
