RJT M/F 90° Bend

The RJT M/F 90° Bend is a popular fitted bend, fabricated in-house by Berkeley Stainless using a BS short radius bend, RJT nut, liner, and male part. It provides a hygienic 90° transition with RJT union ends—male on one side, female on the other—for easy disassembly and integration into stainless steel process systems.


Features

  • Fabrication: In-house assembly using BS short bend and RJT union components
  • Material: 316 stainless steel (wetted parts); 304 stainless steel nut
  • Weld finish: Welds are left as laid as standard
  • Size range: Available from 1″ to 4″ OD

Applications

  • Commonly used in dairy, brewery, food processing, and general engineering systems
  • Compatible with RJT union components including joint rings and spanners


RJT M/M 90° bends, and RJT M/F & M/M 45° bends can also be fabricated to order.
