RJT Pressed Liner

The RJT pressed liner is a key internal component of the Ring Joint Type (RJT) union, designed to provide a smooth, hygienic flow path within the fitting. It mates with the RJT male part and is compressed into place by the RJT nut and joint ring.


Design & Material

  • Material: Manufactured from 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene
  • Profile: Precision-formed to seat securely against the RJT male and joint ring
  • Bore finish: Smooth internal surface to minimize turbulence and support clean-in-place (CIP) systems

Hygienic Function

  • Forms part of the sealing face within the RJT union
  • Helps maintain a crevice-free internal bore when assembled
  • Designed for easy disassembly and cleaning

Compatibility

  • Standard across UK hygienic RJT fittings
  • Available in sizes from 1″ to 4″ OD
  • Works in conjunction with RJT nuts, male parts, and “O” type joint rings
