RJT Hose Liner

The RJT hose liner is a specialized insert used in RJT unions to connect flexible hose assemblies to stainless steel pipework. It provides a smooth, hygienic transition between the hose and union components, ensuring secure sealing and clean flow.


Features

  • Design: Extended tail section for hose clamping, with RJT liner profile for union assembly
  • Material: Fabricated in-house from 316 stainless steel
  • Weld finish: Weld is left as laid
  • Finish: Dull polished externally for hygienic environments
  • Size range: Available from 1″ to 4″

Function

  • Enables connection of flexible hose to RJT unions
  • Forms part of the sealing face when assembled with RJT male part, nut, and joint ring
  • Commonly used in dairy, food, beverage, and general processing applications
