CNC Machining

 

Our CNC machining division was born out of necessity — a strategic response to persistent delays in our supply chain. What began with a single used lathe and vertical machining center (VMC) quickly proved transformative. The immediate gains in turnaround time, quality control, and production flexibility made it clear: in-house machining was the way forward.

Encouraged by early success, we expanded our setup with another used lathe, and soon after, began investing in brand-new, high-performance equipment. Today, our machining capabilities are a core part of our fabrication offering, enabling us to deliver precision-engineered components with speed and consistency.

 

Our Current Machine Line-up

We now operate a robust suite of CNC equipment:

 

3 CNC Lathes

  • 2 × Mazak turning centres

  • 1 × XYZ lathe for versatile part production

     

2 CNC Mills

  • 1 × Haas vertical machining centre (VMC)
  • 1 × 5-axis Mazak mill for complex geometries and multi-face machining
