FAQ - Shipping & Delivery

 

Unfortunately, via the website we can only ship within the UK, and Northern Ireland. However, please Contact us via the website, email or phone and we can offer international shipping.
We offer a varity of methods for delivery.
For fittings we use DPD Local. For tube we send via Tuffnells.
Alternatively, if its viable we have an option of utilising our flat bed vans for local or larger orders.

Yes, We have 2 cut off times. For tubular and long products, our cut off time is 2:00pm. For all fittings that will go in a box, the cut off time is 3:00pm.
Yes of course. All orders are available to collect from our head office & warehouse in Bristol. Find the full address on our "Contact Us" page.
If all items are in stock we will send them on the same working day if ordered before our cut off time. (2.00pm for tubular products, 3.00pm for fittings). All UK mainland orders are sent on a next day delivery (Unless otherwise stated) - Couriers have up until 5.00pm the next business day to complete the delivery. If it hasn't arrived by then please contact your local branch and they'll assist where they can.

99% of our products are shipped from our head office and warehouse in Bristol.
You will receive an email to the provided email address saying that your order has been despatched. This will show all items that you've ordered, and what has been despatched.
It's certainly something we're aiming to do. However at the moment our system is not set up to provide you tracking details automatically. However, if you've ordered fittings which are being sent on DPD. We can provide them with your details, and you'll receive emails directly from DPD, with a predicted 1 hour delivery time slot.
Mistakes happen...! If you notice you've made a mistake whilst placing an order on our site, please call us ASAP and we'll try and rectify the issue for you. Unfortunately if your order has already been collected by the courier, we'll be unable to cancel or change the order. Please check our returns policy to see how return the incorrect item(s).
