Not to worry! We keep a vast range of products... Its not always easy to find that right product. If you've had the items before from us, please pop the 7 digit stockcode into the search bar. This will bring up the product if its listed on the site. Alternatively, you can search by group along the top menu. If that doesn't work, please give one of our sales staff a call, and we'll see if we can help you find the product you're looking for
Absolutely! If you decide to use the website for research only before ordering over the phone or by email, that's no problem.
The reason the item shows both in stock, and on a lead-time is because whilst we don't have the finished product on the shelf, we do have the components to make the finished product. Lead-times can vary depending on our workload, so if its imperative that you have the product in a certain amount of days, please contact us before purchasing.
Whilst we do have approx 400,000 individual items in stock. We occasionaly run out! Usually, you'll receive your back order within 5 working days. However, if the item is purchased from one of our international suppliers it could take a few weeks. If this is the case, we'll make contact with you to advise you of the lead-time, offer an alternative product, or provide you with a credit.
Perfect! That's what we like to hear! Unfortunately, as most custom adaptors and pipework assemblies are unique, we unfortunately cannot list every individual item on the website. Please contact your local branch, and we'll most definitely be able to help you. All you'll need is either a description or a drawing. If certain items become very popular, we'll show them on the website. Watch this space!
If you've received a discount code from us, this can only be redeemed by ordering via the website. This can be redeemed at the basket page.
All prices shown on our site are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be calculated at the checkout stage. VAT is charged at the standard 20% rate.
Prices not being in an order could be a number a reasons. The first being that we could have purchased the item in the UK at a higher cost due running out of stock. Secondly, it could be due to having older or newer stock - after all, metal is a commodity and we purchase internationally on long lead-times.
The reason why the item is showing "Price Unavailable" is due no prices being set up for that product, for your account. We are working hard to get each account their own pricelist, but due to the amount of accounts and products, it will take some time.
